Delivery

2–3 business days across Lebanon. Cash on delivery or card, in USD. Minimum order $20. Free delivery in Beirut on orders over $50.

Every order ships in discreet, plain packaging — no brand name on the parcel.

Returns

30 days, no stress. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back for a refund to your original payment method. Between day 31 and day 90 we'll still take it back, as store credit.

Keep it as you received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and the hygiene strip still attached and the original packaging included. Please try bottoms on over your own underwear.

What we can't take back

• Panties, thongs, bodysuits and swim bottoms once the hygiene seal has been removed
• Items marked Final Sale at checkout
• Opened beauty or body-care products
• Gift cards

How to return in Lebanon

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item(s).
2. We arrange a courier pickup anywhere in Lebanon. The return courier fee is $10 and is deducted from your refund. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, the return is on us and we refund the original delivery fee too.
3. Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, your refund is issued within 5 business days. Card payments go back to the same card (your bank may take a few more days to show it). Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or Whish/OMT — your choice — or as store credit.

Exchanges. Need another size or colour? Tell us on WhatsApp within the 30 days; the first size exchange is free of the courier fee, subject to stock.

Outside Lebanon. Contact us on WhatsApp before sending anything back; return shipping for international orders is at the customer's expense unless the item was faulty.

Proof of purchase. Keep your order number or confirmation message; we need one of them to process a return.

Authenticity

Every piece is bought in US stores and outlets; we keep the receipts. Alveo is an independent reseller, not affiliated with the brands we carry.
